Like this, but something other than stars, maybe a bow, trangle…something.
Yes, i am a girl, and i have a short bob type hair cut. I was wondering what would look good there though, a triangle? barcode?

Yeah. Tattoos in that place tend to suit women a lot more too. I prefer them to be a little lower down than the one in the picture but it’s entirely up to you on whether they look good or not.

i was thinking about two dolphins on the back of the neck.. but please tell me some suggestions for a tattoo on the back of the neck =)

THANKS

My first and only tattoo at this point of time is on the back of my next. honestly it didn’t hurt. The only thing i think that hurt was sitting straight up and having my head (my chin to my chest) down for like 35-40 minutes straight. What i have is a Japanese kanji symbol of love. I know its risky to have that but i went over to Japan so i know for sure that the symbol on my neck is love for sure. After a while i would like to get "sa rang ha da Matthew" under it which mean "i love you Matthew" in korean. I know this for sure because my boyfriend, Matthew is from south korea.

I think they make people look like they’re wearing a turtle neck that won’t come off……..

I should really think of getting one in the form of a noose – so fitting!

I don’t understand the negative attention neck tattoos get. If you have long hair and can cover them, what difference does it make that it’s on your neck? Maybe it’s just close-minded people who talk about them, but really, what’s wrong with them?

If you just hate all tattoos, don’t bother answering.

Thanks everyone!

I’ve heard a couple different reasons. Neck tattoos, while they can theoretically be covered by hair, shirt collars, etc. make a pretty bold statement. If you choose to put something so permanent in a place that is so visible, plenty of people are going to take that as a personality and lifestyle symbol. Neck tattoos show that the person who has them refuses to accept that plenty of people dislike tattoos, and don’t want to be forced to look at them. Of course, the placement probably indicates that the person really likes the tattoo, or it is part of a personal statement. But too many people read it as "I’m a criminal/thug/bad person, so watch the f*ck out" or "I don’t give a f*ck if you don’t want to sit next to me in Friendlys with your four year old, you have to, and you have to look at my sweet-a$$ neck tattoo!" But that’s really not the case. I have a hard time believing that people get neck tattoos to offend other people. That’s a pretty permanent insult. Way too many people get like, personally offended by tattoos that will never, ever affect their lives in any way.

If you’re interested in learning about the sexiest places to get a tattoo, then this article was written for you. Specifically, we’re going to talk about what you should make sure you’ve picked the right “sexy place” for you, some cool places to get a lower body tattoo, and where to get a sexy upper body tattoo. By the time you’ve finished reading this article, you’ll know the best places to get a sexy tattoo for you.

Let’s start by talking about why you need to get your tattoo in the right location. You see, you already know what your tattoo is going to be with you for a very long time, so you need to put some thought into it. Do you want people to be able to see it easily? Do you want something completely unique or unusual? Or do you want to have it somewhere unusual? These are all good questions to ask yourself before you pick your tattoo design.

Now let’s talk about some lower body places to get a tattoo. Usually people go for a hip tattoo, or lower back. But an equally sexy place to get a tattoo is on your thigh. The cool thing about this, is that your lover will be the main person who ever sees this – so it’s a very intimate tattoo. Also, it can be covered up very easily if you have reason to not want to have it on view (such as a job interview).

What about some upper body tattoos? One of the sexiest places to have a tattoo on your upper body is the back of your neck. It can be hidden with a shirt collar, and revealed when you wear the right clothes.

One of the “ultimate sexy places” for your tattoo is probably on your hip. You can have a small one to start with, and later choose to have one on each side.

To summarize, this article has shown you some of the best places to have a tattoo. We talked about making sure you get it in the right place, why getting a thigh tattoo can be sexy, and the best place to have an upper body tattoo for a women. Now that you have read this article, you should be better informed on some of the sexier places to have a tattoo.

Humans have always been fascinated by that which seems strange or odd. This can range from abnormal talents, bodily mutations, unexplained animals, and more. Collectively, these phenomena are a part of the “world of the bizarre.” The world of the bizarre has been frequently highlighted by trade shows, circuses, documentaries, and books created for the amusement of the general public.

The world of the bizarre has been fascinating people for generations. In the past, numerous fairs and festivals included sideshow acts with weird people, plants, and animals. These were especially popular during the 19th and early 20th centuries. Many people performed in these shows and made a respectable living from doing so. However, sideshows eventually fell out of style. They became seen as perversion of the human body and disrespectful or crude for viewers. In their place, more “appropriate” circuses developed. These still included some sideshow-style acts, but focused mainly on humor, acrobatics, and trained animals.

Many artifacts associated with the world of the bizarre have been gathered by enthusiasts in collections and museums around the world. Perhaps the most famous of these is the collection established by Robert Ripley. Ripley began displaying his collection of bizarre items in 1933, when he presented at the Chicago World’s Fair. After this successful event, he began taking his show on the road. Ripley traveled across the United States showing off his oddities. Over time, his obsession expanded into a publishing company, television show, and sixty-eight museums worldwide.

Bodily mutations are some of the most popular items inside the world of the bizarre. Whether these are self-inflicted or a result of genetics, there is a wide array of strange variations on the human form. This can include people who use tools to alter the growth of their bodies. For example, women who use corsets can permanently shrink their waste to as few as six inches in circumference. Similarly, some African groups use neck extenders to create females with abnormally long, and weak, collar structures. In other cases, people might use piercings and tattoos in extreme ways. In fact, several people have attempted to transform themselves into cats using these and other alterations. Others use piercings as a way to hang themselves in the air or perform other stunts.

Genetic mutations are just as intriguing and diverse as self-inflicted oddities. Siamese twins and midgets, for instance, have fascinated people for centuries. Additionally, people born with extra limbs have caused great intrigue. In fact, some of these people have been worshipped by some cultures, such as in India. Excessive body hair can also bring fame inside the world of the bizarre. Most notable are the Gomez brothers whose hair completely covers their face and bodies. The brothers have made a name for themselves by performing acrobatic acts in the circus.

Odd talents are also a part of the world of the bizarre. This includes people who eat unusual items, which range from fire swallowers to those who consume metal. To contrast this, some people can regurgitate objects consumed upon demand. Other talents include extreme strength or the ability to endure severe pain. Some people can even contort their bodies in seemingly impossible ways. Talented animals are also popular. Domestic animals that seem to possess higher level thinking abilities to speak or count are especially notable. Birds, elephants, dogs, and monkeys have all been presented with such seemingly impossible talents.

Other notable features of the world of the bizarre include strange artwork, odd events, weird natural formations, and more. In fact, there seems to be an endless supply of bizarre objects and occurrences. These continue to fascinate people and encourage further inquiry and investigation. They also influence others to create and display their own oddities, which keeps the world of the bizarre ever-growing.

my best friend has her heart set on joining the military (navy, coast guard, etc.) but recently found out that because she has a tattoo behind her ear and one on her neck that she can’t join. they’re nothing offense, flowers and stuff, but have meaning to her so she doesn’t want to get them removed. is there any branch she can join with these visible tattoos, or does she have any options at all?

Many branches of the military are struggling to achieve their annual recruiting goals. One problem is the strict guidelines governing tattoos. Too assist in achieving goals, the entry standards are changing frequently. Tell your friend to visit the local recruiters office to get the most up to date information and confirm eligibility requirements
