Someone with very thin, sparse eyebrows who wants them to look fuller without having to fill them in with eyebrow liner everyday.
I’m from Singapore too and my mum got this too! It’s blue but she got this treatment too. She got this when she was really young. Hmm, I also think it’s really dumb (not saying my mum is!). I guess they do it for saving time by not putting on makeup!
My mum has this and it was dark and ugly so she got this treatment and it faded. She says it was SUPER, EXTREMELY painful but I guess those large tattoos would be even more painful.
