I’ve heard of this – like people who have 14 surgeries in 3 years, mostly plastic or other elective surgeries.

but i don’t know that it has a special name.

could it fit with body dismorphia?
or dysmorphia?

What is it called when someone is addicted to medical procedures and surgeries?
Someone I know is addicted to medical procedures. I thought he was a Hypochondriac or had Münchhausen’s syndrome. No, it is something different. He doesn’t fit the DSM-TR-IV definitions.
