I've used Dermablend on my leg tattoos on formal occasions and I love it. It is a bit expensive, but it works.

Most people I know suggest Dermablend. It’s a small pricey though.

I don’t know exactly what it is, but go to like a specialty beauty store…particularly one that sells lots of specialty products for drag queens. I’m not trying to be rude, a lot of my friends are queens, and they have tattoos to cover every time they perform. It’s a paste type makeup, it’ll cover anything….just go in and tell them what you need, they’re very friendly, they’ll be more than willing to help you out

Try out the specialty stores in your area. Marshall Fields (turned Macy’s) had some that worked fantastic. Not sure if Macy’s carries it.
