They specialize in covering tattoos, birthmarks and scars. I know for sure that they make dark shades and you would probably be able to find a shade that can work with your skin tone. They make a product called "Leg and Body Creme" which is meant for covering imperfections not on the face. (I'm assuming your tattoo isn't on your face!!) The product is $18 at Ulta stores. Might be available at Sephora too; call around to see if they carry the line. I swear by Dermablend to cover up any imperfections, and the Leg and Body Creme has worked SO well for me!!
