How long does it take to become certified in tattoo removal?

I am interested in studying tattoo removal, and possibly making it a career choice. Does anyone know ANY information on this? is there anyone out there who removes tattoos who can give me more information? anything will help. THANKS!!!

It depends on which method is used. See the source for tattoo removal options.

laser removal… usually done by medical professionals, so i’d imagine some sort of medical qualifications, then specialisation in your chosen field (cosmetics?)

i believe there are certifications that you can get thru some career training school but personally i would never go to anyone other than a board certified physician to have anything lasered off of my body. so i guess head to med school.

  6. Depending on how long you have been taking the pill for you should be safe. If you have been taking it over two months then you're fine. I do it all the time, and I have never had a pregnancy. If it makes you feel better wear condoms or take the plan B pill just to be safe, but I don't think it's necessary.
