Right to work is an attempt to destroy the organized labor movement also known as labor unions.

If you work for a company whose employees have formed a union and they negotiate, wages, benefits, work rules, etc and have a shop steward who enforces this contract, under "right to work" you have the right to work without joining the union. And why would you pay the union for negotiating your wages and fighting for you if your boss wanted to fire you for no really good reason?

If fewer than 50% of employees join the union, the company can refuse to negotiate with the union. Until that happens, they can not disregard your agreement.

United we Bargain. Divided we Beg.

I know of several people that have used a product called "Fade Away" and it worked to remove their Tattoo. It gently breaks down the ink under the skin. The best part is that it does it naturally and gently so there's no skin damage or scaring. If your tattoo is really dark, they make a product with a higher concentration to break down darker inks. The company won't tell you this but most of my friends notice their tattoo fading in the first two weeks and if you're going for complete removal, that takes several months to completely fade the Tattoo.
References :
http://www.tattoofading.com

Tattoo removal creams only remove one thing, and that's money from your wallet. Lotions and potions only reach down to 3 layers of skin, while tattoo ink sits between the sixth and seventh layer of skin. The guys at my tattoo shop have tried it with very disappointing results.

Your best bet would be laser removal. It can get expensive, but from what I hear you get really satisfactory results from it. Good luck to you!
References :
I think a cream could not remove a tattoo because the ink is under the skin. It might discolor somewhat but I do not believe it will remove it completely like laser removal. I wouldn't waste my money on over the counter products, I'd go to dermatologist to get their opinion. Good Luck to you.
References :
http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/tattoo-removal-cream/AN01735/rss=2

Tattoo removal creams are widely available online. But there's no evidence that they work. At best, tattoo removal cream may fade or lighten a tattoo. The tattoo will remain visible, however, and skin irritation and other reactions are possible. Remember, tattoos are meant to be permanent. Because the ink is placed beneath the top layer of skin, complete removal of a tattoo is difficult. If you're interested in tattoo removal, don't attempt it on your own. Ask your dermatologist about laser surgery or other options for tattoo removal.
