According to the anime (the games state it somewhat indirectly), Kirby is incapable of sucking up anything with a great a power as the Son of God himself. However, Jesus would not smite down another for any purpose; it is against his moral creed. Therefore, Jesus would slowly tire down Kirby until his will to fight was gone, as nothing Kirby could do would be able to hurt Jesus. However, if Kirby had the Star Rod, then he may be able to do more sufficient damage, as he has taken out other creatures of near god-like powers with that weapon.
(I can't believe I just gave that serious of an answer to a silly question like this…)
