I just had my first treatment with blink about a week ago. And yes it does turn white and it does welt. I still have welts but they should go away. White cannot be removed with laser and in some instances it will turn brown or black depending on the ink that was used. I have a little white in my tattoo and that is what the doctor told me. Yes it does hurt but it is quick.

The white part will be gone in about 5 minutes after treatment, and you will see the tattoo get lighter and lighter by the treatment, It depends on how much ink you have , and how much treatments are needed.
